This album is everything and anything a person could need. It includes the number one single Love And War and her smash hit The One. The album has beautiful ballads and songs that will make your body move.Love And War, Stay And Fight, and All The Way Home are beautiful slower tempo songs with love filled lyrics. The One, Tip Toe, She Did That and Hot Sugar will make you dance your head off. I listen to the whole album several times a day and have bought 3 copies since tuesday.
