Hilary Duff has released a third single which is just as amazing as her previous two. The song is titled Sparks and is a lot more dance than her last two. The beat to this song is infectious it will be in your mind for days. I can't wait for a full length album. Hilary Duff is amazingly talented she's working on new music while starring in the TV Land show Younger which is really good. It's safe to say she makes my heart go.....
